An MBA from Kolkata, Sudhir Jalan has served as President in various distinguished organizations such as Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the apex body of all Chambers of Commerce in India, The Indian Chamber of Commerce, All India Organization of Employers, Indian Soap and Toiletries Makers Association, Indian Rope Manufacturers Association and Indian Council of Arbitration.

Currently, Sudhir is the Vice Chairman of Sicpa India Limited and Director of several other companies. At present, he is the President, India Chapter, International chamber of Commerce and also the Hony. Councellor General of Greece for eastern India. By virtue of the experience he has gained by being at the forefront of the Indian industry for over 30 years, Sudhir aims to make Bells Softech "The 21st Century Software House".

Saurabh Srivastava

Saurabh Srivastava brings to Bells Softech extensive entrepreneurial and industry experience. He is the Managing Partner of Infinity Ventures, a leading Venture Capital firm in India. He founded IIS Infotech (now known as Xansa), which was later sold to the FI Group, UK. Xansa is currently a UK based Company providing specialized services in the areas of Business Consulting, Information Technology, Outsourcing and Business Process Management. Saurabh is the Chairman of Xansa, India, and a member of the Board of Directors of Xansa group. He has also served as chairman at NASSCOM.

Vikram Shah

Vikram Shah is the Managing Director of Talisma India –a leading player in the CRM space. Earlier he was the Managing Director of the Indian operations of Andiamo Sytems, Inc, a California based start up focusing on new generation storage networking solutions for enterprises and service providers. In the course of his long-standing career, Vikram has worked with various distinguished organizations. He has been associated with Novell India as Managing Director, with Tata Unisys as Vice President (Technology), with Mahindra-BT as CEO and has also worked at Tata IBM. Adarsh Jalan
Managing Director

Managing Director of Bells Softech, He was also a committee member of the Confederation of Indian Industry and is currently a member of YEO. Adarsh has successfully managed and grown companies in the process control and the food sectors earlier and has extensive knowledge of the process control and automation industry. An Honors graduate in commerce and an ACWA, Adarsh has also completed his Executive Development Programme from National University of Singapore (NUS-Stanford) and has undergone training in one of the leading technology companies in the US. He has set up and grown technology companies earlier.

S. Jayaram
Head, Finance & Administration

S.Jayaram was associated with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Bangalore, where he was involved in forming new companies, implementing accounting and internal control procedures & systems, Project finance etc. He has extensive experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Taxation, MIS and Audit. Prior to joining Bells, he was in charge of corporate accounts, commercial functions and company taxation at Microland, Bangalore.

S. Jayaram is a Fellow Member of "The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India" (FCA).
